- has a 3 year old daughter named hannah he raises by himself.
- has one little sister, super protective over her.
history -- adam mitchell was born december 12, 1895 to michelle and christopher mitchell. the young couple not prepared at all for children, and adam being their honeymoon child didn't help much. however the small, yet unprepared family learned fast and got used to life of hard work and giving up everything for a living, helpless soul. everything ran smoothly until the young couple then had another unplanned surprise on their way. now everything that was cut in thirds was not going to be fourths and they couldn't even afford the thirds they were splitting everything in. Christopher at near breaking point had a mental breakdown and took off mid pregnancy. no one knew where he went and the blame game filtered through the family, until six weeks later they found his body in a vegas hotel room where he had gambled all the money he had in his pocket that day before sending it to the family along with his own letter of apology for not being the man he couldn't be. adam never did know what actually happened to his dad but his mother made up a story of a brave man dying to save his family from evil monsters, or something just as exciting to a young child.
after his sister was born, adam knew he had to protect his sister and mom from said monsters in their life. little did he know the bottle would end up being his mother's own monster. he always knew his mom acted a different but he never knew why. growing up then he learned to help take care of his mom and his little sister, pretty much raising him. as he got older he learned more about life, the hard way. he matured and grew angry over everything he had to deal with since he was a child. falling into a depression, he constantly blamed himself when things happened in his family life, even if he had no control. he worked his ass off when he was fifteen to get things paid in the home and make sure his little sister was fed, and clothed and happy, ending up dropping out of school so he could work more he lost touch with his friends and just being a teenager. he always figured when his sister was in college he could go back and get his own education.
at eighteen he moved out and took guardianship of his sister so he would know she was being taken care of and she'd never feel abandoned. however he fell into a party type crowd at work introducing him to new things that made him feel pretty good, one of them being heroin. he never though he'd become addicted to any kind of substance but within months most of his money has ended up toward that and turning his good life for him and his sister into a reckless spiral of unfortunate events causing his sister to have to move back in with their mother and opening his eyes to what the hell happened in his life. going to rehab he was motivated to get his sister back and become the man he was a year prior and that he did. even meeting a girl he thought he loved which turned into a revolving door of the blame game, and constant bickering over things big and small. breaking up officially they found out she was pregnant only a couple weeks after.
with another life turning event, adam buckled down and went to get his g.e.d. he never wanted his child to know their father as an uneducated loser always working crappy jobs to make ends meet. graduation from his classes a couple months later he moved on to try to attend college classes just to prove to his sister there was nothing wrong with furthering education. having a little girl that november, adam opted to name her hannah and protect her with his own life for as long as he ever could. however with the flaky nature of her mother, hannah wouldn't get to see her father for months at a time then be dropped off for weeks with no notice of where her mother was. finally after constant battles and the sheriff showing up to take the child away he "kidnapped" he filed for full custody and won obviously being the more stable parent int he girls life.
currently adam, his sister, and hannah all live together in an apartment and he is currently almost completely done with school. he's working for a call center where he pretty much calls and harasses people for money and on the weekends he's also working his nursing internship at the hospital he hopes to be employed with after the winter. everything in his life is happy and everyone (from he knows) is healthy which he couldn't ask much for. his future plans are to work
